Ray Elliott directs the national and international consulting and coaching activities of the company Organisation Enhancement Consultancy (OEC). He is also a director of MLQ Pty Ltd, Leadership Assessment and Development Services and Visiting Research Fellow for the Centre for International Corporate Governance Research of the Faculty of Business and Law, Victoria University.


Ray specialises in leadership and management development at individual, team, divisional and organisational levels. He works with chairpersons, directors, CEOs, department heads, senior executive service personnel, middle management, and with directors and managers of medium, national and international companies and entities.

As an experienced professional, Ray has successfully completed assignments in a diverse range of organisations spanning the retail, manufacturing, armed forces, academic, education, consulting, legal and medical service sectors, as well as in various government sectors.

Ray holds post-graduate qualifications in organisational psychology, organisational change, education, ethics, and ritual from several universities in Melbourne and from Yale (USA).
