About OEC

OEC has been providing professional services for its clientele, including individuals, teams and organisations since the company's registration in 1994.

Its director Ray Elliott, is recognised nationally and internationally for his contributions to leadership, executive and organisational development in a number of different industry sectors. His experience which is drawn from diverse fields and practice, enables him to bring an independent perspective as well as a strong professional orientation in coaching and consulting.

In delivering both 'Health Services' and 'Non-health Services' OEC has a commitment to -

• The application of sound scientific research to achieve optimal outcomes.
• High professional and ethical practice standards based on the Code of Ethics of the Australian Psychological Society.
• Clearly identifying for its clients whether it regards the professional services being sought or services provided as either 'Health Services' or 'Non-Health Services'.

OEC boasts a team of nationally and internationally-recognised OEC Associates who also subscribe to, and express, these core values in their professional practice. Some OEC Associates are Registered Psychologists under the Health Practicioner Regulation National Law Bill which became effective on 1st July 2010. Other Associates are not so registered as psychologists.
